Garbage is the residue of unused industrial production and household consumption. In Indonesia, waste divided into 2 types, namely organic inorganic waste. The two types can be recycled in diverse ways, so they must separated. So far, it often difficult for community to sort This paper presents process recognizing sorting automatically by utilizing Artificial Intelligence technology, especially Neural Networks (ANN). ANN architecture used this study consists 4 layers. number neurons each layer 3 input layer, hidden layer-1, layer-2 1 neuron output layer. model that has been designed trained, best weight bias will obtained, which turn gives ability able properly. weights biases then implanted Arduino UNO Microcontroller hardware. developed system, microcontroller given obtained from kinds sensors, capacitive proximity, inductive photodiode. While pieces or conditions. From test results, was found system 100% training accuracy accuracy.
